We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys designing for real-world applications and seeing their work come to life on signs, vehicles, and displays. You’ll balance digital design with hands-on production work, collaborating closely with our team and clients to create visuals that make an impact.
At least one year of graphic design experience (sign industry preferred).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist in physical shop tasks.
Comfortable using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop daily.
Design signage, vehicle wraps, banners, and window graphics.
Vector and clean up customer-supplied artwork for print production.
Prepare layouts for wide-format printing, laminating, and vinyl cutting.
Ensure correct file setup including bleeds, scaling, and color profiles.
Work directly with clients and teammates on proofs and concepts.
Answer incoming calls and assist with general shop communication.
Help with production: printing, laminating, weeding, and masking.
Maintain organized digital files and production documentation.
A sharp eye for layout, typography, and color.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong vector and file preparation skills.
Reliable multitasker who can keep projects organized.
Team player who’s comfortable pitching in where needed.
Experience in a sign or print shop is a plus.
CoreBridge software experience is helpful but not required.

We're hiring an Office Administrator who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a part-time, in-person role for someone who’s comfortable wearing many hats - from answering phones and working with customers and vendors, to managing leads and project timelines, coordinating with our design and production teams, and helping with marketing efforts like social media. You’ll report directly to the owner and play a critical role in keeping our shop organized, efficient, and client focused.
We’re looking to fill this position immediately, with a preferred start date in the next 2 weeks.
2+ years experience in office administration, project coordination, or similar role.
Experience with Go High Level, CoreBridge or similar CRM/project management systems is a plus.
Comfortable using standard office software (email, spreadsheets, etc.).
Familiarity with social media platforms for business (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person.
Coordinate projects from initial inquiry to final installation.
Work closely with the owner, production team, and graphic designer to ensure projects stay on track.
Prepare quotes and estimates using CoreBridge software.
Enter and manage customer data via Launch360.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding materials and timelines.
Schedule site visits, installations, and client meetings.
Support social media and marketing efforts (posting, planning content, etc.).
Handle general office duties: ordering supplies, filing, keeping things tidy and efficient.
Strong communicator: You’re confident, clear, and courteous with clients, team members, and vendors.
Organized and detail-oriented: You thrive on juggling multiple tasks and keeping the chaos under control.
Proactive problem-solver: You spot issues before they snowball and jump in to fix them.
